By engaging with Amalia Syokimau, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions governing property sales, reservations, and related services.
2. Scope of Services
Services include property sales, site visits, reservation processing, and coordination of legal transfer. Additional services may incur separate charges as outlined in your purchase agreement.
3. Client Obligations
- Provide accurate information for reservations and purchase agreements.
- Ensure timely payment per the agreed schedule.
- Obtain necessary financing and legal approvals promptly.
4. Fees and Payment
- All prices are as quoted in official price lists and subject to availability.
- Late payments may attract penalties or cancellation of reservation as per the sale agreement.
5. Confidentiality
We maintain confidentiality of client information shared during the purchase process.
6. Intellectual Property
All marketing materials, floor plans, and renderings remain the property of Amalia Syokimau and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Liability
We perform our services with reasonable care. We are not liable for delays arising from factors beyond our control including government approvals, financing, or force majeure events.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate per the terms of the signed sale agreement. Refunds, if any, are governed by that agreement.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be resolved amicably. Failing that, arbitration under Kenyan law applies.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
